Tai Chi Chuan (pronounced Tie Chee Chuan) is a gentle moving meditation used for health, longevity, and self-defense. When practiced regularly it reduceses stress, lowers blood pressure, and improves circulation and respiration. It also helps decreases anxiety, insomnia, asthma, allergies, chronic fatigue, and arthtitis. All age groups can easily learn and experience all of these benifits for preventitive and restorative effects.
Chi Kung (qi gong)(pronounced chee gung) is the cultivation of natural energy through "breath work". Besides healing and spiritual attainment Chi Kung has shown to strengthen the immune system, incerase energy, restore the aging process, and regulate all bodily functions, control weight and sooth emotions.
