Sports Massage is the art and sicience of applying massage and related techniques to help ensure the health and  well - being of an athlete and for the enhancement of athletic performance.  Regular Sports Massage enables athletes to attain their highest potential by enhansing their capabilities to participate more often in rigorous physical training and conditioning.

 Hollie's interest in sports massage began in 1998 when she went to Lake Placid, NewYork to volunteer at Iron- Man Triathalon. She enjoyed the event so much that she has been working and volunteering every year since in both Lake Placid,  New York and Panama City, Florida. Hollie became a Certified Sports Massage Therapist in the spring of 2006 at the Core Institute in Tallahassee Florida.
